Responsibilities

- Partner with senior management to proactively develop negotiation and contract strategies for high risk/complex and sensitive sourcing initiatives.
- Gather and analyze data to create playbooks and strategies to support the different business models for services contemplated or currently under contract and prepare findings for senior management.
- Develop and negotiate complex (strategically critical, high value, or high risk) contract strategies that will provide cost effective, sustainable solutions to Banking businesses, and optimizing total value generated from bank’s supplier base.

Must-Have Skills

- 10-15 years of procurement sourcing experience, not purchasing experience (No flexibility for less)*
- Previous technology sourcing (5 years minimum experience)*
- Leads negotiations for complex deals with a total contract value $5Million or more*
- Contract authoring and editing*
- Experience in leading and supporting cross functional stakeholder interactions/relationships*
- Post-secondary education in Finance, Related
- Purchasing field or Procurement Designation*

Nice-to-have Skills

- Nice to have:



proven experience sourcing and negotiating deals with AI providers
- Understanding of procurement law and/or regulations
- Business and Financial Acumen
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Solid contract acumen
- Robust analytical skills
- Achieving financial targets (individual targets of $5MM savings, and team targets of $25MM)
