Reporting to the Manager of Production & Capital Operations, you will be vital in managing well performance and leading service rig activities.

Your expertise will guide the execution of capital projects and budget management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance with regulations, ultimately supporting the company's commitment to integrity and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations and support safety practices
- Monitor and evaluate well performance continually
- Lead well servicing programs and justifications
- Collaborate with asset teams for area development
- Track capital expenditures and assist in forecasts

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- APEGA and/or APEGS registration required
- Knowledge of downhole failure mechanisms
- Proficiency in production tracking software
