Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years of experience, robust JavaScript skills, and the ability to work onsite five days a week. You will play a key role in optimizing ServiceNow configurations, developing integration solutions, and enhancing security operations within the platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure ServiceNow Discovery schedules and optimize performance
- Install and maintain MID Servers for enhanced functionality
- Troubleshoot connectivity and configure Discovery credentials
- Develop rules for Identification and Reconciliation Engine
- Build CMDB metrics, dashboards, and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong JavaScript and integration skills (REST/SOAP)
- Active Government of Canada Secret clearance
- Hands-on experience with Discovery and CMDB
- Capability to work onsite in Ottawa five days per week
