Collaborate within Agile delivery teams alongside developers, data analysts, architects, platform specialists, and business partners.



Leverage AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate software development activities including design, coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting while maintaining quality and security standards. Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.

Act as a technical leader who helps elevate both software quality and the capabilities of those around them. 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting production-quality applications. ~ Strong Python development experience with a background designing maintainable, scalable, and testable software. ~ Experience mentoring, coaching, or providing technical guidance to other engineers. ~ Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments where requirements evolve and complex problems require creative solutions. ~ Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively to improve software development practices. ~ Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ~ A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for challenging existing processes and finding better solutions.

Background in data engineering, enterprise data platforms, APIs, integrations, or automation solutions.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, and modern software delivery practices.

Experience with Linux, scripting, and developer productivity improvements. Exposure to AI-enabled engineering workflows and emerging technologies.
