Collaborate closely with Talent Attraction and the broader People and Marketing teams to increase visibility of Jobber's unique Employee Value Proposition. Key Responsibilities:
- Evolve the talent brand strategy with targeted campaigns
- Own internal communications for the People team
- Build an employee storytelling program across channels
- Develop measurement approaches for communications effectiveness
- Craft communications for performance and engagement initiatives Requirements:
- Extensive experience in employer branding and corporate communications
- Proven ability to create clear, engaging written content
- Capable of developing and executing strategies independently
- Strong stakeholder management skills
