12-month contract for Senior Test Analyst supporting a citizen-facing digital service transformation initiative within a complex public-sector environment.

What & Why: Our client is seeking a Testing Analyst to provide testing, business readiness, training, and AI-enabled quality assurance services across a citizen-facing licensing and regulatory service transformation initiative. This hands-on, multi-stream role is responsible for developing and executing test scenarios and scripts, managing defects, supporting integration and data validation testing, developing end-user training materials, and supporting go-live and post-implementation stabilization activities. You'll also identify and apply approved AI-assisted tools to improve testing efficiency, documentation quality, and training development, with all AI-generated outputs reviewed and validated before use.

This is a meaningful public-sector initiative with direct citizen impact, offering a broad, multi-stream scope and exposure to a widely used enterprise platform in a government context.

Who:

Our client is delivering a citizen-facing digital service transformation project within the licensing and regulatory domain, built on a modern enterprise platform and delivered using agile, sprint-based methodology in alignment with public-sector governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI frameworks.

The Testing

Analyst will work collaboratively with Product Owners,



Subject Matter Experts, business stakeholders, and project team members to validate the solution, support business readiness, and ensure users are prepared for go-live and operational transition.

You:

You'll bring the following experience and capabilities:

- 5+ years of experience in software testing methodologies, UAT, and business process validation including developing and executing test cases, scripts, scenarios, and test plans.
- 5+ years of experience coordinating testing activities across business users, business analysts, technical teams, project managers, security teams, and third-party vendors.
- 5+ years of experience identifying, documenting, tracking, and validating defects and maintaining test execution records, metrics, and status reporting.
- 5+ years of experience developing end-user training materials including user guides, quick reference guides, job aids, process documentation, and knowledge articles.
- 5+ years of experience supporting data validation, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and deployment readiness activities.
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments with sprint-based testing cycles.

Compensation: This role pays between $60-$70 per hour.
