In this remote position, you will lead the administration and continuous improvement of global benefit and mobility programs, reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards.
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide guidance on benefits and related programs while supporting broader Total Rewards initiatives to meet organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation of global benefit and employee wellbeing programs
- Analyze existing perks and recommend improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance
- Implement Global Mobility Programs and support employees
- Mentor team members in Benefits and Mobility areas Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of experience
- Advanced expertise in global benefits compliance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of immigration and social security policies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities Support strategic Total Rewards initiatives while collaborating effectively at Hootsuite.
