Server / Guest Experience Associate

At Fore! Everyone Golf & Multisport, we pride ourselves on delivering Stratford's premier indoor golf and multisport experience. From state-of-the-art HD Golf Simulators and full table service to cold drinks, comfort food, and exceptional customer service, we strive to create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

As a locally owned and operated, fully licensed indoor golf facility, we have built strong relationships with residents throughout Stratford and the surrounding communities over the past several years. As we prepare for another busy fall season, we're looking to expand our team with enthusiastic and hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This role is much more than a traditional serving position. Our team members wear multiple hats throughout each shift, helping create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities include

- Preparing simulators and guest areas before each booking
- Welcoming guests and assisting with simulator setup
- Teaching new customers how to use the golf simulators
- Taking food and beverage orders and providing table service
- Preparing and serving food and drinks for your designated section
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility
- Assisting with bookings and reservations as needed

Our food and beverage program is designed to support efficient service. All kitchen equipment is automated and user-friendly, with menu items that can be prepared in 10 minutes or less, allowing staff to effectively balance multiple responsibilities. While the role requires solid multitasking skills, it's important to note that most simulator bookings last between 2 and 6 hours, creating a more relaxed service flow than many traditional restaurant environments with constant table turnover.

Key Responsibilities





- Ensure simulators and guest areas are ready for each reservation
- Provide outstanding customer service and table service
- Assist guests with simulator operation and troubleshooting
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Clear and clean tables throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, kitchen, simulator bays, and common areas
- Follow daily and closing cleaning checklists
- Keep washrooms clean and stocked throughout your shift
- Assist with booking reservations when required
- Open and close the facility independently when scheduled

Qualifications
- Valid Smart Serve Certification
- Minimum 1 year of serving experience
- Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain one; training can be provided)
- Ability to work independently and confidently open or close the facility alone
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Comfortable engaging with guests and building relationships with regular customers
- Ability to follow management direction and procedures while working independently
