SERVICE ADVISOR

Schwabe's Automotive Center focuses on providing the highest quality of customer-focused auto repair service since 1985. We handle everything from basic maintenance to complex diagnostics and engine rebuilds.

We are looking for a Service Adviser who will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Someone who can provide expert guidance, ensure clear communication between our technicians and customers from intake to completion.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work with customers to understand their needs, answer questions and concerns.

· Create job orders and estimates. Obtain customer’s preauthorization while selling the necessary work required on their vehicle.

· Keep the customer updated on the progress of their repairs and timelines.

· Order the necessary parts, accept deliveries and distribute to our technicians.

· Answer phones, schedule appointments, invoicing along with any warranty requirements.

· Build trust with customers by offering transparency and knowledgeable guidance.

· Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

· 1-2 years experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive customer service role.

· Previous Sales experience an asset.

· Valid class 5 Alberta drivers license and a clean drivers abstract.

· Basic computer skills required.

Experience:
