Service Center Coordinator and Software Support | Law Firm

YOUR ROLE:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Act as a resource person for professionals, employees, and other internal and external stakeholders;
- Coordinate the setup, provisioning, and maintenance of audiovisual equipment in boardrooms and meeting spaces;
- Deliver first-line technical and audiovisual support to ensure the successful execution of in-person and virtual meetings;
- Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues, including follow-up and escalation as needed;
- Oversee the procurement, replenishment, and inventory management of office technology equipment;
- Set up conference rooms and configure room layouts based on meeting requirements;
- Coordinate vendor access and support facilities and building management activities.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- College certificate or diploma in Office Administration or a related field;
- Experience in a similar role within a professional services environment;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with an electronic document management system (EDMS) is considered an asset;
- Ability to provide technical support for technology and audiovisual equipment, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom platforms;
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple client needs simultaneously;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization in both English and French;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to occasionally move and handle meeting room furniture and equipment.
