Baytowne Hyundai is currently seeking a Service BCD Agent to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Key Accountabilities & Objectives:

Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads

Set appointments for customers to come in and meet with service

Listen and be attentive to customer needs and prioritize in order to provide assistance to the customer and provide the service advisor with a proper qualified lead

Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction

Work closely in partnership with service advisors and management to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements

Maintain a high Customer Service Experience index score

Respond to customer complaints and following established concern resolution process

Assist fellow team members when required

Communicate escalated customer concerns to appropriate manager when required

Provide feedback to management and maintain open communication on concerns, suggestions, requirements etc.

Special Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Post Secondary Education Preferred
- Strong technical skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
