We’re growing our team and looking for a highly motivated, experienced Automotive Detailer to join our Service Department.

About the Role

As a Service Department Detailer, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining vehicles to a very high standard of quality. Your work will include detailing used vehicles taken in on trade, preparing customer vehicles, applying ceramic coatings, paint correction, polishing, and other professional detailing services.

You’ll need to be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment while consistently delivering excellent results within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete full interior and exterior detailing of used vehicles taken on trade
- Perform paint decontamination, clay bar, cut and polish, and paint correction
- Apply ceramic coatings and other paint protection products
- Complete high-quality interior cleaning, shampooing, extraction, and conditioning
- Clean and restore wheels, tires, trim, glass, and engine compartments as required
- Prepare vehicles for delivery and ensure they meet dealership presentation standards
- Identify imperfections and areas requiring additional attention
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Properly care for and maintain detailing equipment and supplies




- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and department deadlines
- Consistently deliver a level of quality that exceeds expectations
- Report directly to the Service Manager
- Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For
- Previous professional automotive detailing experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with paint correction, machine polishing, and ceramic coating application
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
