- Minimum 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting and developing ITSM and CSM modules.
- Robust experience building server-side and client-side ServiceNow customizations| including business rules| script includes| client scripts| UI policies| and related framework components.
- Practical experience with Flow Designer and ATF.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model| catalog workflow concepts| forms| lists| notifications| and role-based access controls.
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred to have ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in ITSM| andor CSM.
- Hands on experience working on custom OOB functionalities related to Finance domain.
- Experience with integrations using RESTSOAP APIs| IntegrationHub| MID Server| or scripted integrations.
- Experience with performance troubleshooting| set-up of platform best practices| and governance of customization standards.
- Exposure to CMDB| knowledge management
