We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our team as our Shipper/Receiver, this position also includes a delivery component.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages
- Check shipped materials for damage and process defective products.
- Receive, move, and arrange materials in shipping/receiving areas.
- Fill out shipping labels
- Deliver parts.
- Transport and handle dangerous goods.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of vehicle.
- Maintain daily vehicle logs
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Foster a safe work workplace
Salary range: $37,000-$47,000/year
Qualifications
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract wit no driving complaints
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Delivery experience is an asset
- Warehouse experience is an asset
- Bilingualism would be an asset
