In this role, you will be the face of our shisha lounge, providing exceptional guest experiences through expert shisha preparation, attentive service, and a welcoming attitude. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality shisha (hookah) according to established standards and guest preferences
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all shisha equipment, workstations, and lounge areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Upsell additional menu items such as beverages, snacks, or accessories to enhance the guest experience
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties using POS systems like Micros POS accurately and efficiently
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed when serving food or beverages alongside shisha offerings




- Monitor guest flow and manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while maintaining quality service

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in restaurants or lounges
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with the food industry, serving etiquette, and guest services standards
- Kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
