This role includes at least four years of Software Engineering experience, focusing on .NET or TypeScript, alongside hands-on production responsibility. You will design tools and lead reliability practices to protect critical systems, ensuring continuous improvement in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive incident response and post-mortem processes
- Design and improve automation software for production services
- Lead SLO design and failure analysis practices
- Participate in the on-call rotation for system incidents
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through best practices Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in Software Engineering
- Proficient in object-oriented programming languages
- Hands-on experience with production deployment
