B&C; Trans-Parent is one of Quebec’s leading suppliers of glass railing and glass fence materials. Headquartered in Sainte-Julie, just minutes from Highways 20 and 30, we serve contractors, builders and homeowners across Canada and the United States.

We are growing and looking for a talented Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to bring our products, projects and brand to life.

This is a hands-on creative position. We are looking for someone who can find the story, film it, edit it and publish it — not simply manage a social media calendar.

We care much more about the quality of your work and your commercial content experience than the size of your personal following.

If you have a strong portfolio and experience creating content for businesses or clients, we want to see your work.

What You’ll Do

Create Content

Film qualified-quality photos and videos of our products, installations, job sites, completed projects, warehouse operations and company culture.

Turn ordinary real-world situations into engaging content people actually want to watch.

Edit & Publish

Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts, as well as longer-form YouTube content when appropriate.

Handle the process from filming through editing, captions and publishing.

Manage Social Media

Help manage our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest presence.

Plan content,



publish consistently, monitor engagement and identify new opportunities to grow our audience.

Use AI to Work Smarter

Use ChatGPT, Canva AI and other contemporary AI tools to accelerate scripting, editing, captions, graphics, research and content repurposing.

We want someone who sees AI as part of their everyday creative workflow.

Work With Our Team

Collaborate with sales, installation, warehouse and management teams to identify interesting projects and stories.

Occasionally travel to local customer or installation sites to capture content.

What We’re Looking For

- 2 years of professional content creation, video production or social media experience
- A portfolio of work you personally created
- Experience creating content for businesses, brands or commercial clients
- Strong filming and video editing skills
- Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar software
- Comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook
- Creative, organized and self-motivated
- Able to take a project from idea to finished content independently
- Strong communication skills in French or English
- Comfortable working full-time and on-site in Sainte-Julie

Assets

- Professional videography or photography experience
- Previous TV, journalism, media or agency experience
- YouTube production experience
- Construction,



renovation or home-improvement industry experience
- SEO or digital advertising knowledge
