What you'll own:
- Creating an outstanding client experience in every visit that results in clients reaching their potential
- Coordinate with the supervising therapist to know treatment plan
- Plan speech language session(s) in accordance to the needs of each client and of the clinic




- Supervise client and assist in safe execution of treatment sessions using guidelines as outlined by supervising therapist.
- Internal and external communication in a way that reflects our values
- Identifying your dream caseload and co-creating a plan (with our team) to make it happen
- Provide basic maintenance/cleaning of clinic and equipment.

The successful candidate will work with Speech Therapy clients and will also be considered for Occupational and Physiotherapy clients. What we'd like to see:
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Previous experience with either children or adults with neurological challenges
- completion of a Rehabilitation Assistant Program or Speech Assistant course an asset
- Previous experience as an Speech Language Assistant an asset
- Linguistics or related degree or 3rd or 4th year student
- Potential for increased hours up to full time
- Availability for afterschool hours on Mondays and/or Fridays and possibly Saturdays (morning or all day)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
