Sr Business Analyst ServiceNow HR

Hybrid – 3 days remote

Hourly Range: $Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, SIR departments to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements

Candidate must have strong ServiceNow experience as a BA, create user stories and navigate ServiceNow, develop workflows

Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement

Ensure that requirements are clearly articulated and aligned with business objectives

Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment with business goals

Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to design solutions that meet business needs

Coordinate and participate in testing activities, including the development of test plans and scripts

Provide training and support to end-users as needed

Automate major ServiceNow Modules using ServiceNow ATF application

Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in ServiceNow leading HRSD stories as the primary focus, ITSM as secondary

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.





Proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly in IT, HR, and SIR modules.

Robust understanding of agile methodologies and practices.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

Experience with ServiceNow Agile 2.0.
