The Senior Digital Solutions

Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, governance, and optimization of enterprise digital solutions that support organizational priorities and operational excellence. The role provides senior-level technical leadership for emerging technologies, intelligent automation, workflow modernization, systems integration, and digital innovation initiatives across the organization. Working collaboratively with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders, the Senior Digital Solutions Developer supports the responsible adoption of modern technologies through solution development, governance frameworks, AI risk management practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise digital solutions and applications, automation initiatives, and workflow optimization projects. Support organizational digital innovation initiatives, including emerging technologies, intelligent automation, and advanced solution enablement. Establish and maintain governance standards, best practices, and risk management processes related to digital solutions, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and emerging technologies.





Conduct AI and digital solution risk assessments to evaluate cybersecurity, privacy, operational, compliance, and organizational impacts associated with proposed technologies and implementations. Support the development and maintenance of AI governance frameworks, standards, intake processes, and evaluation methodologies to ensure responsible and secure adoption of emerging technologies. Collaborate with operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, privacy, cybersecurity, legal, and technical teams to assess and manage risks associated with AI-enabled and digital solutions.

Develop and maintain integrations, scripts, applications, and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Participate in solution architecture discussions, technical assessments, and implementation planning activities. Ensure solutions align with organizational cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, data governance, and enterprise architecture standards.

Develop technical documentation, standards, workflows, governance materials, and operational procedures to support sustainable solution management. Provide senior-level troubleshooting, technical consultation, and guidance for enterprise digital solutions and emerging technology initiatives. Support project planning, implementation activities, testing, change management, and transition to operational support.

Monitor solution performance, adoption, effectiveness, and associated risks while identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement. Collaborate with vendors, partners,



and internal teams to support enterprise technology initiatives and strategic projects. University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT, application development, systems integration, automation, digital solutions delivery, or emerging technology initiatives.

Experience supporting enterprise technology governance, AI governance, risk assessments, and solution lifecycle management practices.

Experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions and automation platforms. Understanding of cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements within enterprise environments. Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
