Join our dynamic team as a Store Manager in a full-time capacity, where you will lead and inspire a retail environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Duties

- Lead all aspects of store operations, including sales management, inventory control, and customer service excellence.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to build a motivated and high-performing team.
- Oversee merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and pricing for maximum sales impact.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Supervise cash handling procedures, and POS systems
- Maintain effective communication with staff and customers through phone etiquette and organizational skills to foster a welcoming environment.

Experience





- Proven supervising experience in retail management or store leadership roles
- Strong background in retail sales, sales management, and team supervision
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, merchandising, purchasing, and pricing strategies
- Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative responsibilities
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases
- Excellent communication skills coupled with leadership qualities to motivate staff and enhance customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
