As the Director, Enterprise Lean Champion, you will report to the CEO and orchestrate Smardt’s Lean Operating System across global operations.

- Develop and execute enterprise Lean strategy and global roadmap
- Design and improve the Smardt Lean Operating System
- Serve as strategic advisor on Lean transformation
- Establish ownership for Lean outcomes in leadership
- Lead strategy deployment and KPI cascades Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
- 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
- Proven track record of operational improvements
