Stylist / Keyholder – Pilgrim Jewelry - Toronto Eaton Centre

(full-time or part-time)

We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused Stylist to join our Pilgrim team at Toronto Eaton Centre. As a Stylist, you’ll bring our jewelry collections to life by creating memorable shopping experiences, inspiring customers with styling tips, and driving sales through exceptional service.

What you’ll do:

- Welcome customers and provide personalized styling advice.
- Encourage try-ons and introduce new collections, promotions, and piercings.
- Drive sales by building connections, suggesting add-ons, and meeting KPIs.
- Maintain visual standards, restock, and ensure the store is always guest-ready.
- Work collaboratively with the team, supporting or being one of the MODs, as well as fellow Stylists on the floor.

- Confidence in customer service and sales.
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
