Manage your team's performance using KPI's.

Manage the workload and individual performance of unionized employees.

Ensure continuous improvement, in particular with the application of the problem-solving process.

document and standardize the key processes leading to the achievement of objectives.

You have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in a unionized setting, ideally in the manufacturing or aerospace industry.

You have excellent management skills.

You demonstrate very strong leadership, judgment, flexibility and are able to work with minimal supervision.

You have a good understanding of the principles of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

You are fluent in French and English.
