One of Stellar's Lower Mainland MSPs is searching for a Support Specialist to join their team for a permanant opportunity. This position involves providing Level 1 and Level 2 support and ensuring efficient and effective resolution of IT-related issues for clients. The role is in office based in Vancouver, BC. Responsibilities:

- Support clients with technical issues involving Microsoft related technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues Strong understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems and network systems
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and promptly addressing user inquiries.
- Collaborate with team leads and other IT professionals to ensure efficient problem resolution.
- Document and track support requests, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications:





- Previous experience providing Support in an MSP environment.
- Related IT certifications such as ITIL, MTA, or MCSA
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Spanish speaking is considered an asset
