Lead the Mill and Surface Operations team at West Red Lake Gold Mines in Ontario. This role emphasizes safety standards and team collaboration while overseeing milling and site services support. As a Mill and Surface Operations Superintendent reporting to the Mill Manager, you will work a 14 & 14 rotation.

Your leadership will encompass operational performance monitoring, scheduling, and continuous improvement of milling activities. You will collaborate interdepartmentally with mining, maintenance, and safety teams to optimize overall site effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

- Champion safety standards in operational processes
- Oversee crushing, milling, and site services teams
- Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions




- Lead daily decision-making to meet production commitments
- Manage shift and vacation scheduling requirements Requirements:
- 10 years of progressive leadership in processing plants
- Degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills
- Proven ability to improve safety culture and performance
