Join Systemex Group as the IT & Business Process Director to enhance our digital transformation initiatives. You will report to the President & CEO, and work closely with leaders across Systemex Automation and Industrial Consulting. Your expertise in business process and IT management will be essential in navigating the complexities of today’s technological landscape. Key Responsibilities:

- Define strategic governance of business processes and technology
- Implement robust cybersecurity and risk management strategies




- Facilitate adoption of AI solutions within the organization
- Collaborate with external technology partners and consultants
- Develop a cohesive IT and Digital Transformation plan

Requirements:

- 10+ years in information technology and process management
- Robust understanding of automation and emerging technologies
- Capability to influence stakeholders effectively
- Experience with risk management in technology
- Previous work in industrial environments preferred
