The Opportunity.

As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll play a key role in driving 360 executive search for Director-level roles across our Front Office consulting teams, with the flexibility to also own or support head office searches end to end. You'll manage senior candidates through a thoughtful, high-touch process, work closely with agencies, and bring a strong commercial lens to how you position roles and opportunities.

What you'll do.

- Lead 360 executive search for Director-level hires across our Front Office consulting teams, owning the full process from role scoping through offer

- May also own or support end-to-end recruitment for head office roles

- Build strong working relationships with agencies, managing them well to source and progress Director-level candidates

- Partner with senior stakeholders to get under the skin of what they actually need, and translate that into a proposition that resonates commercially with candidates at this level

- Guide Director-level candidates through a considered process that feels white glove from start to finish

- Build genuine relationships with candidates and hiring leaders,



creating a great experience from first conversation through onboarding

- Bring real curiosity to understanding our business, our teams, and what makes each opportunity worth taking

- Use recruitment data and market trends to keep sharpening how we hire

- Work closely with HR and hiring leaders to help new hires land well and settle into the business

- You have executive search experience – you know how to run a full 360 search and handle Director-level candidates with real care

- You think commercially – you get how to position an opportunity in a way that lands with senior candidates

What you bring to the role.

- Proven experience in 360 executive search, ideally including hiring at Director level or above

- Hands-on experience managing agencies to source and progress senior candidates

- Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, bringing commercial insight, and influencing hiring decisions when it counts

- Strong written and verbal communication skills,



with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player who enjoys sharing ideas, supporting teammates, and contributing to a strong talent acquisition function
