Duties

- Perform high-quality tattooing and/or body piercing procedures following all health and safety regulations
- Consult with clients to understand their vision, offer design suggestions, and ensure satisfaction with the final artwork or piercing
- Maintain a clean and sterile workspace by adhering to rigorous sanitation protocols before, during, and after each service
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures to ensure proper healing and long-lasting results
- Manage appointment scheduling, walk-in clients, and maintain an organized front desk presence
- Promote additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application,



or nail care to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Conduct product demos and upsell relevant merchandise like aftercare products or jewelry to maximize revenue opportunities

Experience

- Proven experience as a tattoo artist, piercer, or both with a strong portfolio showcasing your artistic talent and technical skill
- Knowledge of sanitation standards mandated by health authorities for body art procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and explain procedures clearly
- Previous experience in customer service roles within retail, hospitality, or beauty environments is highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently at the front desk while maintaining professionalism and friendliness
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques including upselling and product recommendations
- Certification or training in body piercing techniques is preferred; tattooing certifications are a plus

Please note that compensation can be structured as an hourly rate or an agreed-upon contract, with various options available based on the artist’s experience, expertise, and knowledge.
