Overview

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Team Member to join our Coffee Time Donuts team! In this role, you will help create a welcoming experience for our customers while supporting the daily operations of our store.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and working as part of a team. No previous experience is required—we are willing to train the right person!

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Take customer orders and prepare coffee, beverages, donuts, sandwiches, and other food items
- Operate the cash register and point-of-sale system accurately
- Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including customer areas, counters, equipment, and workstations
- Restock donuts, beverages, food items, cups, and other supplies as needed
- Assist with food preparation while following proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensure displays and products are properly organized and appealing to customers
- Assist with opening and closing duties when required




- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow company policies, health and safety procedures, and food handling requirements

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to handle cash and process customer transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekdays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as lifting and stocking supplies
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, coffee shops, tim hortons or quick-service restaurants is an asset
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety and cleanliness standards
