Greet customers and gather information about vehicle problems or maintenance needs

- Facilitate communication between customers and the shop
- Track ongoing repairs and keep customers informed of progress
- Obtain the necessary authorizations before performing additional work
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance and anticipated repairs
- Handle difficult situations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Verify that the work performed meets standards before delivering the vehicle
- Prepare invoices and explain the details to customers
- Comply with company policies and health and safety standards

- Ongoing training with sessions given by our in-house trainer as well as leading manufacturers to keep you up to date with what's recent; - It's always nice to get a pat on the back... we know. A vocational diploma (DEP) in sales consulting or heavy-duty vehicle mechanics (heavy trucks, construction equipment, parts sales, or similar).

Experience as a technical advisor or in a similar role. Do you have a genuine passion for the trucking industry? Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills: you enjoy helping others, listening to their needs, and offering tailored solutions with courtesy and professionalism.
