- Controls division for our Calgary branch They are responsible for building positive relationships with customers by generating accurate quotations supporting documentation and sales orders Technical Inside Sales works closely with the PAC Territory Manager Business Developers and supports branch locations to provide excellent customer service prevent potential customer issues and monitor ongoing projects What to expect in the role Customer Service You will receive a high volume of quote requests and customer inquiries Therefore the ability to engage with customers and build strong relationships in a professional manner is vitalTeamwork and Collaboration You will collaborate with vendors manufacturers and internal branch staff to provide expertise and support order processingSolution Oriented You will communicate with customers to determine appropriate solutions for troubleshooting pricing and product mix This also includes managing vendor documentation and certificationsTechnical Expertise Demonstrated technical knowledge with a hands on interest in process instrumentation automation and controlsProblem Solver You are an innovative problem solver who is flexible adaptable and positiveContinuous Improvement You have a passion for excellence and continuous learningEffective Communicator Success in this role requires strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentIdeal candidate profile Diploma in a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong customer service experienceTechnical knowledge of the products and services provided by EB Horsman &
