Technical knowledge or experience with Cloud environments (MS Azure) as well as experience with Data Management and Analytics PySpark, SQL, Tableau and Power BI Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog and Synapse Reading and comprehending data schemas, metadata, entity relationship diagrams and other technical documentation as well as well as writing documentation Experience with analyzing large data sets , data/text mining, optimization, automation and data visualization Based on our setting (Tableau and Power BI on Azure/Databricks), we are looking for resources that will be able to deploy and take ownership throughout the entire development life cycle. Ideally we are seeking either Data Engineers with BI Dev experience or vice versa BI Developer with strong data engineer skills.

Experience with migration projects particularly migrating from Tableau to Power BI or from Synapse to Unity Catalog. Part of the project with include migration of Tableau dashboards to Power BI but this is just one aspect of the overall Unity Catalog adoption project. Step 1 - Verify,

Analysis-Participate in requirement discussions with client stakeholders to define solution and implementation level needs basis the business requirements. Designing-Create solution architecture designs to meet cross-system interactions and business logic integration requirements, ensuring system cohesion across multiple applications. Integration assessment and support-Assess and evaluate interactions across multiple applications by evaluating implementation dependencies and integration requirements.

Troubleshooting-Support validation of solution components during implementation and ensures the solution functions as designed. Risk Analysis and Assessment-Assist in identifying potential risks by evaluating system performance of implemented architectural solutions, to ensure efficient system landscape.
