We are seeking a Full Time Technical Product Owner with a strong Insurance background to drive technology product and capability delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into prioritized technology requirements while ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer needs

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the technical voice of the customer and represent user needs throughout product delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define epics, capabilities, and features
- Analyze, prioritize, and translate business requirements into technology execution plans
- Lead and coordinate technical teams to deliver technology commitments
- Drive technology product strategy, planning, and delivery of key capabilities
- Conduct user research, market research, data analysis, and workflow analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders and development teams
- Ensure technical requirements are understood, integrated, prioritized, and maintained in the product backlog




- Identify and mitigate technical roadblocks affecting sprint and release goals
- Manage and prioritize the technical product backlog to maximize business and customer value
- Facilitate communication between business, technology, product, and delivery teams
- Present findings, recommendations, and technology solutions to stakeholders

Required Skills

- Strong Technical Product Owner experience
- Strong Insurance industry/domain experience is mandatory
- Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
- Strong requirements analysis and prioritization experience
- Experience defining epics, capabilities, features, and technical requirements
- Strong backlog management and Agile/Scrum experience
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
- Solid analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding of technology product strategy and delivery
