Responsibilities
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
- Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and other routine vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs accurately and swiftly.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and recommend necessary repairs or services.
- Assist customers by explaining services performed, answering questions, and providing professional recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Support the sales team by promoting additional maintenance services and products to customers.
Qualifications
- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of tire installation or vehicle servicing tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Basic understanding of automotive repair processes; ongoing training is available for growth.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a plus.
