Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead Agile transformations within enterprise organizations
- Provide coaching for executives and delivery teams
- Facilitate leadership workshops and PI Planning sessions
- Guide changes in operating models and Agile integrations
- Drive improvements via Agile metrics and assessments
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Agile settings, 2+ as an Agile Coach
- Strong leadership in Agile transformations
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including SAFe
- Excellent influence and communication skills
- Consulting mindset with client-facing experience
