Rocky Mountain Inventory Services is a Canadian-owned company that completes professional inventory counts for grocery stores, liquor stores, convenience stores and other retailers throughout Western Canada.
We are adding dependable people to our Alberta team. This is a casual, part time position involving inventory counting and paid travel. It is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with a close-knit crew, travelling to different communities and having a schedule that changes from week to week.
The Position
Inventory Counters calculate and record the value of merchandise throughout a retail store. Most counting is completed using calculators rather than scanners. Accuracy matters, but so do efficiency, focus and the ability to follow an established process.
No previous inventory experience is required. We provide paid training and support from an experienced team lead.

What You Will Do

A driver’s licence is not required.
Schedule
This is casual work rather than a guaranteed weekly schedule. Assignments are offered according to our inventory calendar and employee availability. Some weeks may have little or no work, while scheduled trips can provide several consecutive days and longer working hours.
