Truck Driver / Mover — 14ft Cube Truck FALCORE Real Estate Inc. — Montreal & South Shore, QC

FALCORE Real Estate Inc. is looking for a reliable, hard-working Truck Driver/Mover to join our team. This role involves driving a 14-foot cube truck, transporting materials and equipment between sites, and supporting general labor and demolition tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

- Safely drive and operate a 14-foot cube truck
- Pick up garbage/debris and transport to the ecocentre
- Pick up and deliver materials to job sites (vinyl flooring, ceramic,



and other material orders)
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
- Assist with demolition work as required
- Keep the truck and materials organized and accounted for
- Communicate with the team on delivery status and job site needs
- Perform general labor tasks on-site as needed

Requirements

- Valid driver's license, comfortable driving a 14ft cube truck (Class 5)
- Minimum experience in a similar driving/moving/labor role considered an asset
- Experience with demolition work is an asset
- Physically able to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the day
- Organized and responsible, able to manage deliveries and pickups independently
- French and English required (spoken and understood; fluency not required)
- Spanish is an asset
- Flexible availability — some days may run longer than 8 hours depending on workload

Schedule

- Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexibility required, as some days may extend beyond 8 hours

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week

Work Location: In person
