The Opportunity

We're looking for Restaurant General Managers to lead KFC restaurants across the Lower Mainland. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk kind of job. You'll be at the heart of the restaurant — leading your team, developing future leaders, creating great guest experiences and running a successful business.

On any given day, you'll be:

- Building a team and culture people genuinely want to be part of
- Coaching and developing your people — including finding your future replacement (because we want you moving up!)
- Running a busy restaurant and making sure our guests leave happy
- Driving sales, managing costs and delivering robust business results
- Recruiting great people and keeping your restaurant fully staffed
- Keeping standards high across food quality, cleanliness and safety
- Getting involved in the local community
- Solving problems, celebrating wins and probably talking about chicken more than you ever expected
