URGENTLY HIRING – BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT

We are looking for a Building Superintendent for a residential building in Brampton, Ontario.

Start Date: Next Week

Pay: $18.00/hour – Payroll

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

IMPORTANT PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT This position involves heavy physical work, including regularly lifting, moving, and handling very heavy garbage/recycling bins.

Candidates must be physically capable of safely handling very heavy bins as part of their regular duties. This is an essential part of the position.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of building superintendent duties
- Basic cleaning and general maintenance experience
- Comfortable performing heavy lifting and physical work on a regular basis
- Able to safely move and handle very heavy garbage/recycling bins




- Able to perform general building-related tasks
- English communication skills required – English does not need to be perfect, but you must be able to communicate effectively with residents, contractors, and management
- Reliable, responsible, organized, and professional
- Good attitude and willingness to work
- Location: Brampton, Ontario
