In this vital role, you will be the heartbeat of our hospital, helping to make our clients feel deeply valued, comforted, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors Greeting our patients and pet parents with empathy and care, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and appreciated from the moment they walk in.

Managing Hospital Communication: Serving as our front-line voice by answering multi-line phones and managing client and referring veterinarian emails. Guiding pet owners through the invoicing and billing process with clarity and compassion, confirming estimates, and processing payments.

Maintaining a Comforting Space: Keeping our reception lobby and common areas clean, tidy, and welcoming for both pets and their families.

Supporting Our Clinical Team: Assisting our veterinary staff with treatments and tasks while eagerly learning new medical office procedures and veterinary skills. Exceptional customer service skills with a natural ability to show empathy, comfort, and patience under pressure.
