Whyte Ridge Veterinary Hospital is seeking a veterinary receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a cadidate who is looking to stay for years to come. We are a locally owned 4 doctor practice that cares for dogs, cats and exotics.

Our goal is to promote a friendly and professional environment where an emphasis is placed on quality medical care, client education and teamwork. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, compassionate, has excellent communication skills, is able to multitask in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and is a dedicated team player. We are looking to fill a full time position, with an expectation to work evenings and Saturdays.





Responsibilities will include but are not limited to greeting clients/patients, answering phone calls in a courteous and qualified manner, scheduling appointments, concluding invoices, managing client communication in a timely manner, maintaining accurate client records and helping maintain hospital cleanliness.

Experience in an animal care setting or medical clinic is preferred but not mandatory.
