- Facilitate CMHC loan origination processes and submissions
- Review loan opportunities with the investment team




- Coordinate with Associates for underwriting presentations
- Liaise with mortgage brokers and borrowers across Ontario
- Mentor and manage Associates in the Origination team Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years in commercial mortgage industry
- Experience with CMHC originations and execution
