Build Something With Us
Conveyor Supply Co. (CSC) is looking for a motivated, dependable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Brantford, Ontario. This is not a sit-down warehouse job.
You’ll be involved in the day-to-day operation of our facility: receiving incoming products, fulfilling customer orders, operating material-handling equipment, maintaining inventory, and helping manufacture custom rubber products used in conveyor systems across mining, aggregate, and heavy industry.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, likes staying busy, and understands that getting the details right matters. Our customers depend on us to provide the best product, packaged properly, and shipped on time.
If you enjoy hands-on work, want variety in your day, and like being part of a team where your contribution actually matters, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll work across several areas of our operation, including:
- Shipping & Order Fulfillment — Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receiving — Unload incoming shipments, inspect products, verify quantities, and properly receive and store inventory.
- Forklift Operation — Safely move pallets, materials, and products throughout the warehouse.
CSC will provide conceptual and hands on forklift training and ceritification.
- Inventory & Warehouse Organization — Help keep inventory organized, identifiable, clean, and ready to ship.
- Custom Manufacturing — Assist with the production of custom rubber products, including measuring, cutting, preparing, bonding, packaging, and other manufacturing.
- Material Handling — Regularly move and handle heavy rolls, boxes, rubber products, and other industrial materials.
- Quality Control — Inspect products and finished orders to make sure they meet CSC's quality standards before they leave our facility.
- General Warehouse Operations — Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace and help wherever needed to keep the operation moving.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is reliable, physically capable, detail-oriented, and willing to work.
The right person doesn't need to know everything on day one. We're willing to train someone who brings the right attitude and work ethic.
You should be comfortable
- Working on your feet for most of the day
- Regularly lifting and moving heavy products
- Performing physically demanding work
- Using hand tools and warehouse equipment
- Learning manufacturing processes
- Following detailed instructions and procedures
- Working independently without needing constant supervision
- Switching between different tasks as priorities change
- Taking ownership when something needs to get done
- Maintaining high standards for accuracy, organization, and cleanliness
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, forklift, shipping/receiving, mechanical,
construction, or industrial experience is an asset, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are equally important.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position. Some days you'll be fulfilling orders. Other days you may be unloading freight, moving heavy rubber, preparing custom products, cleaning equipment, organizing inventory, or helping solve whatever problem needs attention that day.
We expect our team members to show up on time, work hard, take initiative, and care about the quality of their work.
In return, you'll have the opportunity to learn multiple sides of one of Canada's fastest growing industrial business rather than being limited to one repetitive warehouse function.
What CSC Provides
Full-time, hourly employment in office in Brantford, Ontario. You'll also receive:
- Health spending account
- Paid holidays + Paid vacation
- Company-paid forklift certification
- On-the-job training
- Training on CSC manufacturing processes and products
- Opportunity to develop additional warehouse and manufacturing skills
- A varied role with increasing responsibility as you develop
- The opportunity to join and make an impact in one of Canada’s fastest growing companies
