Job Summary

Join our InfraStruct team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling warehouse distribution tasks including the smooth flow of goods through shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes. Your knowledge and experience with warehouse management systems will help optimize operations while maintaining safety standards.

Duties

- Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists
- Verify product quantities and descriptions before packing and shipping.
- Package orders securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Receive, inspect, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Assist with warehouse organization and general warehouse duties.
- Coordinate the importation of products from U.S. manufacturers into Canada, including working with freight carriers and customs brokers to complete import documentation, facilitate customs clearance,



and ensure on-time delivery of shipments.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications

Required

- Previous warehouse, order picking, or shipping/receiving experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems.

Preferred

- Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
- Experience using inventory management or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
