Elite Trimworks Corp. is looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse & Carpentry Associate to join our growing team. This role combines packaging, warehouse, shipping, and basic carpentry/woodworking responsibilities.

Elite Trimworks has been designing and manufacturing premium architectural millwork products since 2005. Based in Woodbridge, Ontario, we proudly serve contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners throughout Canada and the United States. Our product line includes architectural columns, PVC trim, mouldings, decorative wall panels, beams, wainscoting, and custom millwork solutions.

With more than two decades of experience, we have built our reputation on craftsmanship, quality, and dependable customer service. Most of our products are manufactured in-house, giving our team the prospect to work on unique, high-quality architectural projects every day.

Job Responsibilities

Warehouse & Packaging

- Package, wrap, label, and prepare products for domestic and international shipments.
- Prepare and secure skids, crates, and custom packaging.
- Ensure products are properly protected and ready for safe transportation.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and material organization.

Carpentry & Production

- Assist experienced carpenters with production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.

General Duties

- Follow workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain and organize tools and materials.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.




- Support warehouse and production teams with other tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience in packaging, warehouse, carpentry, woodworking, construction, or manufacturing is required
- Packaging skills, including wrapping, securing, labeling, and protecting products for shipment.
- Experience preparing skids, crates, or custom packaging is an asset.
- Good measurement skills and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Able to safely lift, move, and handle materials.
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 – 45.0 per week
