Role Description The Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Scarborough, ON, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and staff. This position manages workflow for shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory control to ensure accurate, timely movement of goods.

Day-to-day tasks include assigning and monitoring work, training and coaching team members, enforcing safety procedures, and coordinating with other departments to meet production and delivery schedules.

The Warehouse

Supervisor also helps optimize warehouse layout and processes, maintains documentation and reports, and supports equipment operation,



including forklifts, in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance oversight
- Experience with shipping & receiving processes, including documentation and carrier coordination
- Knowledge of material handling practices and safe operation of warehouse equipment
- Hands-on experience with inventory control, stock rotation, and cycle counting
- Proficiency in forklift operation and adherence to safety standards (certification an asset)
- Ability to work in office in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handle physical tasks as required
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with warehouse management systems or related software is beneficial
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or lead role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or supply chain is an asset
