Compensation - CAD $95,000 to $105,000 per year

Who We Are

Regional One Aviation Services Canada (ROASC) is the Canadian subsidiary of Regional One Inc., a leading provider of aircraft parts, leasing, component solutions, and aviation aftermarket services supporting airlines, operators, MROs, and aviation customers worldwide. Based in Mississauga, Ontario, ROASC is building a Canadian Centre of Excellence focused on aircraft parts distribution, inventory management, repair coordination, exchange programs, and customer support.

The opportunity

Act as the first warehouse anchor for the Canadian launch, establishing the physical warehouse operation, daily movement discipline, inspection priorities, location control, safe handling and scalable warehouse routines.

You will help establish practical processes, reporting routines and scalable ways of working while protecting aviation traceability, inventory value, customer commitments and quality controls.

What you will do

- Lead daily warehouse start-up, labour allocation, equipment readiness, safety checks and end-of-day review.
- Supervise Warehouse Inspectors and ensure receiving, inspection support, binning, picks, packs,



shipments and cycle counts follow SOPs.
- Set up and maintain physical flow for inbound, inspection, serviceable, repairable, quarantine, exchange-core, customer-owned and shipment-ready inventory.
- Work with Quality on quarantine, non-conformance, release controls and documentation issues without bypassing quality authority.
- Maintain location accuracy, racking discipline, labels, photographs, packaging standards and housekeeping.
- Train new warehouse staff and recommend future staffing, equipment and process needs as volumes grow.

What you bring
- 4+ years in aviation parts, warehouse leadership, technical stores, MRO stores or high-control logistics.
- Hands-on knowledge of receiving, staging, traceability, packaging, equipment and inventory-location control.
- Forklift/order-picker experience and familiarity with racking and warehouse safety.
- ERP/WMS experience; Quantum or aviation inventory systems are assets.
- Direct front-line leadership, coaching and escalation skills.

Compensation and employment details Expected base salary range: CAD $95,000 to $105,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, internal equity and applicable legal requirements.

In addition, this position is eligible to participate in the Company's discretionary annual bonus program. Bonus awards are not guaranteed and are determined based on individual and company performance.
