Primarily the work requires MIG welding of Aluminum. Steel work is required for large pylon signs.

Responsibilities

- Assemble and fabricate metal components according to shop drawings and specifications
- Operate welding equipment to join metal parts together
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth metal surfaces
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics




- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role
- Proficient in various welding techniques
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong problem solving skills

Other:
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Rigging experience is an asset

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
