Part-Time Wine Merchant – Key Holder

Magnotta Winery is seeking a passionate, customer-focused Part-Time - Wine Merchant – Key Holder to join our team in Beamsville. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience - from first interaction to a memorable lasting impression.

Your Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional service and assist customers with product selection
- Offer knowledgeable wine and food pairing recommendations
- Handle Point of Sale (POS) transactions, including end-of-day sales reconciliation
- Open and close the store following company procedures
- Support merchandising, stock management, and inventory upkeep
- Execute marketing , promotional, and operational initiatives as directed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Safely lift and move product (up to 25 kg as required)

Availability Requirements:

- Must be available for days, afternoons, evenings, and alternate weekends
- Steel-toe footwear is required for safety reasons

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of retail key holder experience
- Previous knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits is an asset
- Smart Serve Certification (or willingness to obtain) required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive,



outgoing attitude and a passion for customer service
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment
